Check-in and Check-out

Guests can check into their rooms from 2 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. 

Booking and Cancellation

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. 

Payment

Full payment will be required upon check-in. We accept most major credit cards and cash payments in the local currency.

Children and Extra Beds

Children under the age of 12 can stay for free when using existing bedding. Extra beds may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
